Hi, I’m Lysa — a counsellor and hypnotherapist who’s passionate about helping people find a sense of peace, clarity, and connection within themselves. I offer a warm and supportive space where you can take a breath, open up, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface — at your own pace, and without judgement.

My approach blends practical, evidence-based counselling with a more holistic understanding of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s deeply personal, and together we’ll find what feels right for you.

I’ve always felt deeply connected to nature and the quiet wisdom it offers — the grounding, the stillness, and the reminder that healing takes time and care. I often work with people who are feeling anxious, stuck, lonely, or struggling with self-esteem and self worth issues, as well as those moving through change, grief, or uncertainty. My hope is to gently help you reconnect with yourself — to find balance, meaning, and a sense of wholeness and purpose in your life again.

Registered with the ACA (Australian Counselling Association ) and HCA ( Hypnotherapy Council of Australia ),  Qualified in IFS, DBT and NLP .
