Itinerary

30min sauna and head & shoulder massage 

(Head & Shoulder massage length of time is dependant of the number of people in 30mins) 

1hr group session in our studio

Choose:

Reiki Meditation or

Restorative Yoga (Restful)

30min tea & coffee

Enjoy each other's company over tea and coffee

Add another hour with a cold food savoury and sweet buffet for an additional $50/person. 

1 complimentary soft drink, wine or beer per person.

You will be hosted by
